富山グラウジーズのコーチングスタッフの一員になることができ、非常に誇りに思いますし、名誉なことです。毎年チームは良くなってきており、選手たちのレベルも上がってきています。過去3シーズン、チームを遠いところから見ていて、このチームのポテンシャルを感じ、選手たちの持っている能力を引き出すことに、私がどのように貢献できるか考えていました。今回、選手やコーチングスタッフと一緒に働くこのような機会を頂き、そして何よりも富山で勝利を目指す組織の一員となることができ、とてもエキサイトしています。

It gives me great pride and privilege to be a part of the Toyama Grouses Coaching staff. Each and every year the team has grown and gotten better and the level of talent has excelled. I have been watching from afar over the last three seasons and I have seen the potential that the team has and how I hope to help in the development of our players to reach their personal best.
